There isn't a lot of visual progress to show, but we have been working really hard the past few months. I take that back- Mitchell has been working really hard. I have not! <br />
<br />
Here are some of the things we have accomplished:<br />
1. railing on the porches and steps on the side door (insurance made us)<br />
2. stairs to the 3rd floor removed<br />
3. floor replaced in both bathrooms<br />
4. studs reinforced<br />
5. trees cut down<br />
<br />
We are moving along! We are hoping to be done by November so we can be settled before the baby comes! Yes, the baby, we are having a little Davis in early December! See- I'm not lazy, I just can't do much work...Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-35405719933641692362012-01-10T17:31:00.000-08:002012-01-10T17:31:00.087-08:00Stripping... Paint that is.I have been a stripper lately. Not the kind you find in a dark building with lots of $1 bills and adult beverages. I am stripping the many, many, layers of paint on the staircase. It is such a tedious job, stripping paint on the little posts on the staircase, with all of the pretty little details. <br />
<br />
Does anyone have tips on paint stripping? I would really like to learn an easier way to get this paint off! Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-33596219680210961772012-01-03T12:10:00.000-08:002012-01-03T12:10:00.799-08:00She's got her clothes on!<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

</tbody></table>Our girl is no longer naked! We have all of the siding on, except for one little piece at the very top. Now, we just have to finish the painting, which will be very slow! I can't wait to start working on the inside, so I can start letting my creative juices flow. There's not too much "creativity" to be had when you are putting up siding...<br />

I stripped the paint on the post on the stairwell, and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I forgot to take a before photo, but fortunately (or not) I still have a few more to show what the before was. <br />
<br />
This took about 3 hours and I got 3 of the sides done. <br />
The windows are all in and trimmed out, now we can get her some clothes on so she is not so naked. <br />

We only lack 4! We are so excited! These are the most difficult to install because they have to be installed using a ladder, which is very difficult.<br />
<br />
The bottom windows will be much easier to install, and will go much, much easily and quickly! Once this is done, we can begin the installation of the siding! Just in time for a little relief from the summer heat. Hopefully. We will post photos soon, it actually looks like a nice house now!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-77137224712479245432011-07-31T16:46:00.001-07:002011-07-31T16:46:21.656-07:00Pink gloves= lots of work done<p class="mobile-photo"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSGv67yyw7wv1Oq-b-LGXYXp-Cxnx9y0RE0SaPdyaq8XxI_kmA7X0H1QatP329bdx0ZQKWb9Sylb3sDKheNSjuCQlses9TLTxgRREH72JtPf9OKE40X2_tVQvJS6h3_W9CPGUwvND4ETg/s1600/image-781657.png"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSGv67yyw7wv1Oq-b-LGXYXp-Cxnx9y0RE0SaPdyaq8XxI_kmA7X0H1QatP329bdx0ZQKWb9Sylb3sDKheNSjuCQlses9TLTxgRREH72JtPf9OKE40X2_tVQvJS6h3_W9CPGUwvND4ETg/s320/image-781657.png" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5635667028988061330" /></a></p>

With the record setting heat and drought, we have still been working on the outside of the house (crazy, I know). <br />
<br />
We realized that in order to put in new windows, we had to remove all of the old siding. It was just in too bad of shape, and wasn't going to work. So, with the help of Mom & Roger, we removed all of the old siding in a matter of days. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdq1JanirbCDyk8Jtqck_c06SmVD9YXaSnTXRdvjhhwR4n7zuIwmhj6fQBhMpSYMWxF6byUnnnQhSbaiqMU7kQaIsv3duFNqPm76Z2rt84XKh6sG17GOMDTHdwmFl6uNGfpgyJbB6sGCY/s1600/photo.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdq1JanirbCDyk8Jtqck_c06SmVD9YXaSnTXRdvjhhwR4n7zuIwmhj6fQBhMpSYMWxF6byUnnnQhSbaiqMU7kQaIsv3duFNqPm76Z2rt84XKh6sG17GOMDTHdwmFl6uNGfpgyJbB6sGCY/s400/photo.JPG" width="300" /></a></div><br />
We have now almost completely removed all of the old windows and decked the house with the help of dad, and David (our very handy hired help). We have found some great wood siding that is very close to the original that will look great up there!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-19472931598346479842011-05-09T10:49:00.000-07:002011-05-09T10:53:27.512-07:00I have found my treasure!After looking for months, I have finally found my vanity for our master bathroom. We basically had two rules: 1. must have 2 sinks, and 2. it must have a column of drawers in the middle. We wanted something that was practical, but yet beautiful.<br />
<br />
We wanted something that had the feel of an older piece of furniture. Check it out!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhaBCf_csDjcVuc_SomR7ZeWeNgKq5RLV66YYZXrYV24u2tiInFoogQatB-dMe_ExCde4Tm4tqyuCp5gh-4th4v1cUHsF7FMKgqUmRNgTG5oj52YJUMA7rUROcSKXkpLVYxAPEAAW1s5V4/s1600/photo.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhaBCf_csDjcVuc_SomR7ZeWeNgKq5RLV66YYZXrYV24u2tiInFoogQatB-dMe_ExCde4Tm4tqyuCp5gh-4th4v1cUHsF7FMKgqUmRNgTG5oj52YJUMA7rUROcSKXkpLVYxAPEAAW1s5V4/s400/photo.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><br />
We will put the sinks on each side. It is hard to see in this photo, but there is highlights of silver on all of the woodwork. It is absolutely breathtaking in the sunlight! It also came with a mirror, which I can re-purpose and hang on the wall in another room.<br />
<br />
Now all I have to do is find the perfect sinks for this beauty, and the faucets to go with it. And, I need to decide how I want to protect the top. Any suggestions?Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-36329891919143300652011-03-15T11:16:00.000-07:002011-03-15T11:16:40.337-07:00New Skylight<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtZGPBOGJQRgFyEx2Df-VW9PiEKaQhONAPDp_JeyC8tND5lyvNElElyJ_975j0Lt2CNAtPmzBE-ctRLmvHfxQd0Y8bY-E-MkscaM31O8XJVZkKRpb-SsEd6dicy_iBMslQ4733QqaTlhM/s1600/photo.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtZGPBOGJQRgFyEx2Df-VW9PiEKaQhONAPDp_JeyC8tND5lyvNElElyJ_975j0Lt2CNAtPmzBE-ctRLmvHfxQd0Y8bY-E-MkscaM31O8XJVZkKRpb-SsEd6dicy_iBMslQ4733QqaTlhM/s320/photo.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-45800722587102701992011-03-09T20:09:00.000-08:002011-03-09T20:09:05.899-08:00Goodbye Carpet!The walls are officially gutted! YEA!!!! Except for one little closet that we were not going to do, but have decided to do, in order to put in a second laundry room, so we can have one on the second floor. It was the only place we were leaving plaster, so it serves us right for being lazy and trying to cut a corner!<br />
<br />
We were so excited about being done with the plaster removal, we celebrated by cleaning it all up and removing the carpet in the master bedroom and the landing. The floors are so gorgeous!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwdn5BcpJVZXKwFEM76mHS7ebDpGzgbBuhad19QuSrYd_fcYfuQZ007Vh_voYeVteQ753V-nTCvoykjRIDfe1-N624sXTTXvS_xsoERVMKM5T8R8SSRgfIfEbgT6087GclcE0uaY4Z4Gw/s1600/floors.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwdn5BcpJVZXKwFEM76mHS7ebDpGzgbBuhad19QuSrYd_fcYfuQZ007Vh_voYeVteQ753V-nTCvoykjRIDfe1-N624sXTTXvS_xsoERVMKM5T8R8SSRgfIfEbgT6087GclcE0uaY4Z4Gw/s320/floors.JPG" width="238" /></a></div><br />
We also worked on the layout of the bathroom. We have been trying to figure out how we want to lay out the master bath. With everything out of there, we were able to tape off everything where it would be to see if it would all fit. It is a go! The floor in the bathroom does not look as nice, but we are putting in tile anyways, so it just gives us extra planks to fill in bad flooring in other places if it is needed. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4qINqXvCQIO3toc2R8bIE6GuMs9YQfM77Rrdau2JkNJqnxk1LjjtqByJ-6ankVZqqrhPvKe25fQMtCFGrLw8YkT_vzDXJg9VzxLzwBqW3w4FSHuD7R6Y2CXVCgs5uNmCaHjvWlrG8nv0/s1600/bathroom.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4qINqXvCQIO3toc2R8bIE6GuMs9YQfM77Rrdau2JkNJqnxk1LjjtqByJ-6ankVZqqrhPvKe25fQMtCFGrLw8YkT_vzDXJg9VzxLzwBqW3w4FSHuD7R6Y2CXVCgs5uNmCaHjvWlrG8nv0/s320/bathroom.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><br />
An even more exciting tidbit of news is that we have a clawfoot tub to go in that nice little space in the photo above on the left side! It is the perfect size, and I got a great deal on it. I will have to purchase a set of claw feet, and re-finish it, but for only $75, what do you expect! <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK6YrHTbBIludDMQg_B1iEvdevSFYaHbn4QUn3d7qGzvXVjt6-oCMkowdThpS5plRm2w23qZdacrfzT9xfAbfmzgjaGdWYRaBJHwYi_-W40L9T_S46eOqX9_ApLSHtg_fMuEEYU_Pr4jc/s1600/tub.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK6YrHTbBIludDMQg_B1iEvdevSFYaHbn4QUn3d7qGzvXVjt6-oCMkowdThpS5plRm2w23qZdacrfzT9xfAbfmzgjaGdWYRaBJHwYi_-W40L9T_S46eOqX9_ApLSHtg_fMuEEYU_Pr4jc/s320/tub.JPG" width="238" /> </a> </div><br />
Roger is coming down this weekend to help Mitchell remove the middle, unused fireplace. We have no use for it, and it is just taking up space, so they are going to remove it before the roof is put on next week. I know we need rain, but let's say a prayer that we don't get rain Monday or Tuesday so that we can get the roof on so we can remove the lovely swimming pool from our attic!<br />
<br />

<br />
Who were the people who lived there before us? What kind of memories were made there? <br />
<br />
Little things like the cloth diaper we found in the ceiling bring these thoughts to mind. How many children were raised in this house? How did they do it without central heat and air? And only one full bathroom? WOW! <br />
<br />
While I was vacuuming off the wallpaper (yes, vacuuming) I wondered why they chose the patterns they chose. I imagined a husband a wife at the local department store picking it out. Do you think they argued about it, or the wife just picked it out herself? <br />
<br />
I guess we can say that with any house we live in. I wonder many things about our Edmond house as well. Silly things like why did they decide to put carpet in the bathrooms (which we had to remove) and why did they put in so much white tile- it's so hard to keep clean! <br />
<br />
I just wish that the walls could talk and tell us the stories of previous tenants. At least we have lots of little treasures to help share the stories. <br />
<br />
I will post photos of our progress from this weekend later this week. I just wanted to share my thoughts this evening.Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-85610321203768183512011-03-01T16:49:00.000-08:002011-03-01T16:49:25.817-08:00You Light up my lifeThis last month has been very productive, which is why we have not written!<br />

I really liked it because it was smaller than most- measuring only 4 1/2 foot, rather than 5 or 6 feet.Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-60438817358590954842011-01-20T11:08:00.000-08:002011-01-20T11:08:25.727-08:00Plan, Plan, Plan!Because we have not been able to work on the house the last couple of weeks because of travel, I have taken advantage of the time to plan, and get some things for the house figured out.<br />
<br />
We have picked out our kitchen cabinets and granite. I am very excited about this. The cabinets are a medium to dark wood, and the granite will be a lighter color. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJQcfcmVKlM4k0G_N1Y13QkQ49LbSj4ixynjqL0ER2-xnPi8NOfxUw-b-novCanqtPRH6kUCafzRMVrTUSP8tSvY0wiqYt0YMxptBndXtBd_iX1MqTQ297fy3_F_DdDugaBHjioKlyK_Q/s1600/Renaissance.gif" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJQcfcmVKlM4k0G_N1Y13QkQ49LbSj4ixynjqL0ER2-xnPi8NOfxUw-b-novCanqtPRH6kUCafzRMVrTUSP8tSvY0wiqYt0YMxptBndXtBd_iX1MqTQ297fy3_F_DdDugaBHjioKlyK_Q/s1600/Renaissance.gif" /></a></div><br />
<br />
We have also bought our kitchen sink. This was very challenging because we wanted an apron sink, but they are hard to find and very expensive. Thankfully, we found one at Ikea that was very reasonably priced, and beautiful. <br />
<br />

After that we can get new windows! How exciting!<br />
<br />
It seems that our new home away from home is now Home Depot. We spend so much time there in the evenings. I never thought I would like those kind of places, but it is now my favorite store! We are officially grown ups now!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-52206178869520014882011-01-07T06:34:00.000-08:002011-01-07T06:34:49.875-08:00Slowly but SurelyWe have not posted in a little while, because there is not a lot of progress to talk about. We almost have the upstairs addition and roof of the breakfast nook and utility complete. Mitchell is getting quotes rounded up for the roof, so hopefully we can get this house enclosed! Once that is done, we can start with electrical and plumbing. I am exceptionally excited about this, because that means that I won't have to run to the dirty quick stop every time I have to potty. <br />
<br />
I am working on the floor plans for the kitchen and bathrooms. Any suggestions on things to think about when doing this is greatly appreciated! Just post a comment below!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-1143521120103339662010-12-20T17:48:00.000-08:002010-12-20T17:48:00.496-08:00Making a list and checking it twice (acutally more)We don't have a lot of progress to report right now. This Saturday, we took four trailer loads of "innards" from the house to the dump. What hard work! Good thing we had a helper-<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibalpLu5Gvq4UZz45OdfzkpPvtAvXagb__kp-NSXuGf9EvPfrBctgzxAi9L117GCDaKsmkt_y8K9Bl_z_XDaKI2-YkqXA5LXE6kYY-596izEvYoB-s_SftQQLOz7eMrCURYMEmOil8-jc/s1600/photo%25283%2529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibalpLu5Gvq4UZz45OdfzkpPvtAvXagb__kp-NSXuGf9EvPfrBctgzxAi9L117GCDaKsmkt_y8K9Bl_z_XDaKI2-YkqXA5LXE6kYY-596izEvYoB-s_SftQQLOz7eMrCURYMEmOil8-jc/s400/photo%25283%2529.JPG" width="298" /></a></div><br />
We are currently working on the addition on the second floor. It was falling off the house, but we are now rebuilding it. Our goal is to have it complete by next week, so we can get the roof on.<br />
<br />
We made our list of things to do. Here it is:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiu0RrCzo23aju3s43XEQEyyaEW92M1rC8O3BcBNa0dStygkKhNOJq8nsGDIWoZhxW-YSSUykp0Ax6ExXc_8jRnH28ey8FgWtzMrKh95VnlpsNhE4j3XmDVgDNdgPQjMKH1uFISvT4wuE/s1600/photo%25284%2529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiu0RrCzo23aju3s43XEQEyyaEW92M1rC8O3BcBNa0dStygkKhNOJq8nsGDIWoZhxW-YSSUykp0Ax6ExXc_8jRnH28ey8FgWtzMrKh95VnlpsNhE4j3XmDVgDNdgPQjMKH1uFISvT4wuE/s640/photo%25284%2529.JPG" width="476" /></a></div><br />
Yes, the list is on the wall. We had to take a photo of it, because that wall is coming down next week, and we didn't want to forget! As you can see, we have lots of work to do!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23821174303709260.post-11878378610528722752010-11-27T17:56:00.000-08:002010-11-27T17:56:42.920-08:00A different kind of ThanksgivingWe have had a very busy, productive couple of days at the house. Dad came down and we have been gutting. We have removed all of the walls and ceilings in the first floor. We only ran into a couple of things worth mentioning. Below is a brief recap of Thursday, Friday, and today.<br />
<br />
Thursday-<br />
We Only had a short day, because it was Thanksgiving, and we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner at Grandma's house. We were able to get the living room walls completely gutted, all except for the bee hive that was in the wall. We were very grateful that it was November and 40 degrees so the bees were not active! The hive was massive, but mostly dead. Dad and I only got a small finger full of honey to sample. We left the hive open Thursday night, hoping that the cold would kill them by Friday morning. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3bVgrah7s2Cqfdnv1MI9-XGSWTSJq5OUhBEmiv4jYxK1TGFFbLhVV_POvUdkU89_w80bKGgbQ80iVgGCPo7SWOZmyNPybdcvEF2SpyjRaWNMbOLtGglrgvyw3pfLEU5YwYl_QPEr17Kc/s1600/photo3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3bVgrah7s2Cqfdnv1MI9-XGSWTSJq5OUhBEmiv4jYxK1TGFFbLhVV_POvUdkU89_w80bKGgbQ80iVgGCPo7SWOZmyNPybdcvEF2SpyjRaWNMbOLtGglrgvyw3pfLEU5YwYl_QPEr17Kc/s320/photo3.JPG" width="239" /></a></div><br />
<br />
Friday-<br />
The first thing we did was check the hive to see if the bees were dead. They were very much alive. Here is a video of Mitchell and Dad taking care of those "dangerous" bees:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.blogger.com/video.g?token=AD6v5dwWRwneEQ1_R5jMNdXBNjUDuhlfiqjvHfwxXbzTiDzQ_6YJFF-3THIMwZBqYPqVUzPbWu2gW2e73geqOoao' class='b-hbp-video b-uploaded' frameborder='0'></iframe></div><br />
<br />
After the bee problem was taken care of, we were able to get back to work taking out walls. I must note here that this is not as simple as just tearing out drywall, there is a layer of plaster, a layer of cement (infused with horse hair), then hundreds of small one inch boards that make up each wall. We have to remove the cement and plaster, then pry each of the boards from the studs. It is very hard work! You can see the process here:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.blogger.com/video.g?token=AD6v5dz-VVJXSYW5vqtTZwcwrVHtUbgYJY9-2Txq6DZRbIv_KeSrtOuuG8IuFzfD54M4_XC7Zvpi3UZN98xfWq03' class='b-hbp-video b-uploaded' frameborder='0'></iframe></div><br />
Saturday-<br />
We spent most of the day on the breakfast nook, powder room, and kitchen. We were able to save the top cabinets, which I would like to try to reuse. We happened to find some great treasures when we removed the cabinets. I am really excited about our find!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhulX4cs8b7muSWkWwT00ViF_EfkSFxcIQiDSHxGLde1WsoVJhBqCURX1M3Di7cZl-JtebXHhUDoxohG4u5b1LyFe2qmAEIeUetaonVGuqfhtxDuzZOlzG8t9De394QezyGts19VzCxQQc/s1600/photo.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhulX4cs8b7muSWkWwT00ViF_EfkSFxcIQiDSHxGLde1WsoVJhBqCURX1M3Di7cZl-JtebXHhUDoxohG4u5b1LyFe2qmAEIeUetaonVGuqfhtxDuzZOlzG8t9De394QezyGts19VzCxQQc/s320/photo.JPG" width="239" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
I now have an empty slate to work with! It is so exciting. We even removed the stairs that were going into the kitchen. The kitchen is going to be awesome when we are done. <br />
<br />
We definitely would not have gotten nearly as much done as we did without dad's help. We are so blessed to have such great family that is willing to help such crazy people!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15880273240334750196noreply@blogger.com1
