I just found your blog after searching for renovation of historic homes on google! My husband I live in Guthrie too and purchased a house built in 1901 about two years ago. We have made minor improvements so we could live in it, but still have a lot to do! (ours had central heat and air already, and some rooms with plaster walls already removed and sheetrocked!) We refinished the wood floors before we moved in and put carpet in the bedrooms. I'm excited to follow along with your journey!
